Meet Our Board
Jake Pepper
Jake Pepper serves as President of Pepper Environmental Technologies, oversees Pepper’s field operations, and leads Pepper Energy. Jake hold board positions at McGraw Wildlife Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club of Dundee Township (BGCDT). Jake works with many communities and is passionate about equity and opportunity creation. As a father of three, Jake’s civic contributions focus on making our world a better place for future generations. Jake earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
